Book for a FREE meet & greet.

Starting therapy can be scary, and it’s important to find the right therapist. You can book a free 15 minute appointment to meet me and ask any questions you may have. Click below to book, or call us if you need help.

Schedule your first session.

If you feel comfortable with me, let’s get something in your calendar. In the first session, I’ll get to know you and your unique story. We’ll come up with a set of goals and a plan. You should leave your first session feeling heard and hopeful.

Engage in your therapy.

Every session we will work toward your goals. You’ll learn new skills, think about things in new ways, and we’ll work to create lasting change in your life.

Schedule follow up sessions.

You can always book your own sessions or we’ll help you. Change takes time. When and how often you come for.
